BETA PRO 22G
LAMBDA PRO 42G
GHHT - Group Handheld Terminal
Handheld Terminal stores device configuration information without your effort
Automatic Network Adjustment System is an innovative solution for
simultaneous parameters set-up in all devices linked to one cluster.
There is one Master Amplifier (ex BETA PRO 22G) and up to 20 End
Amplifiers (ex. LAMBDA PRO 42G) in the cluster. The solution does
not need any information about coaxial cable length nor type to accomplish
the automatic adjustment. All system's components (all
amplifiers in the cluster) can be controlled an managed from Master
Amplifier location by group handheld terminal (GHHT). The terminal
contains an algorithm for automatic network calibration procedure.
During automatic adjustment procedure all the amplifiers are precisely
adjusted (both in down- and up-stream) according to given output
levels of end amplifiers. It eliminates the number of needed truck rolls
to end locations and requirements for technicians' skills are not so
high any more.
Amplifiers BETA PRO 22G and LAMBDA PRO 42G can be equipped
with the QIS module (Quick Installation Stick) which stores information
about the device's setting. It significantly simplifies amplifiers
unit replacement during repairs. Additionally data from QIS of each
amplifier in the cluster can be stored in GHHT what greatly simplifies
data handling for network documentation. It can be done remotely for
all the devices in the cluster from Master location or locally for each
individual amplifier.
Thanks to the auto detection capabilities of the devices in the cluster,
for the automatic adjustment procedure, the knowledge about the end
amplifiers locations is not required.
Implementation of the ANA solution does not affect any parameters
of the existing network: no additional attenuation, distortion or power
consumption nor need for special network design.
This unique, innovative solution simplifies installation, maintenance
and replacement of amplifiers while significantly reducing the total
costs for system implementation and maintenance.
